Two 5 inch potholes over extended length (approx 2m) needs urgent fix

Two potholes have been here for long time; both have increased in depth and length over the winter months, and pose a dangerous hazard to walkers, cyclists and vehicles alike. Furthermore, potholes lead to significant ponding in close proximity of Number 30 which subsequently result in deterioration and damage of external cavity walls. Needs urgent fix. Please repair asap.
