Temporary traffic lights for roadwords on A4260 in Kidlington are clashing with the permanent traffic lights or the Airport turning.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Northbound traffic on A4260 is being held up at the Oxford airport turning traffic lights, causing it to back up into the temporary/ single lane caused by the temporary traffic lights, so no traffic is able to proceed southbound towards Oxford. Might be ok during the day but not rush hour. Can you check/ change the amount of time for each lane of traffic?
