A report made on 7/12/22 ENQ22939817 for the drain at the edge of the road was also closed, where the surface has failed, the sharp edge of the metal work is exposed and there is a pothole with loose lumps of tarmac, with promises of “anything that reaches our intervention levels will be fixed.” An uploaded picture showed the severity of the pothole, as my whole boot was shown fitting into the defect, so it clearly meets the criteria for intervention and has once again not been fixed. This is made worse by the defects down the middle of the road and vehicles swerving whilst navigating the ghost island to avoid the huge pothole that has been ignored for months.
