Large patch of road surface deterioration

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This area of road deterioration has been on Skimmingdish road, going past Bicester Heritage and Launton Grange care home, for quite some time. It is becoming hard to drive over as the top layer of tarmac has crumbled.
