  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, near 124 Kimmeridge Road, Cumnor, see photos, and assessed the issue you have identified. Having checked our Highway Drainage maps and Highway Records maps, I can confirm that this 'Dangerous manhole' is not on, or part of, the highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. You should try contacting Thames Water, the estate developer, local Housing Association, Parish Council or District Council to pursue this matter. I am therefore closing this report.
