  • I can see you have marked the small pot hole on the corner to be fixed but there is a large trench in the road just after you come over the bridge going from Clifton Hampden towards the barley mow pub can this be looked at too please

  • The entire road from the Long Wittenham side of the river bridge through to the Didcot side of Long Wittenham is more akin to a string vest, potholes everywhere. By far the worst are between the bridge and the pub where the holes are very large and impossible to avoid when vehicles are queued up at the traffic lights. Fine if you have the money to own a Land Rover, but for a car, I am amazed the County Council is not faced with many bills for damaged tyres/suspension etc. The road has been like this for several months.

  • Just damaged a wheel when coming over the bridge from Clifton Hampden. Claim form into the council as this has been reported for over 3 weeks!

  • Despite this being reported the damage has not been repaired. I have just gone over the bridge towards Didcot, and because of queuing traffic at the lights I was not able to avoid the trench that goes from the bridge towards the Barley Mow. Thankfully I always drive slow over the bridge due to pedestrians, so I was able to slow down even more to avoid damage to my car. However when it is dark it will be a big problem.
