Zebra crossing only 50% lighting installed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Zebra crossing is incomplete. It has a light on the top of one of the posts but the pole on the south side of the crossing has no light. Surely, for safety reasons, this should be replaced?
