Drain blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drain is blocked with mud. The effect is that the rain water pools on the side of the road. This causes vehicles to go wide and potentially into the path of oncoming traffic crossing the narrow bridge around the sharp blind bend.
