One Way Sign facing wrong way

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

One of the 'One Way' arrow signs at the east end of Merton Street (where it joins the Causeway) has been twisted through 180 degrees and is facing the wrong way. (I've tried to report as a Road Signage issue but FixMyStreet insisted the location wasn't on a road!)
