Road covered in mud

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road markings are almost non existent due to the high level of mud and debris on the road coming from the quarry. The road leaving the quarry all the way to Hensington Road is slippy and dirty with lumps of mud in the road. This was not long ago reported and I was advised then this would be monitored. Clearly either this is not the case or the quarry are not taking any responsibility in making sure vehicles are exiting using the wheel wash. Please deal with this as a matter of urgency.
