My dog had an electric shock from this illuminated roundabout/giveaway sign
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Had jumped into the air and now is frightened of streetlights etc. which is making walking him safely difficult, as to get past some of them he is lunging towards the road! He also had a small mark on him. Please could you look into this as near a school and don’t want other animals or children injured. Thank you.
