Dangerous path - poor condition, risk of falling into major road

Reporting this again as it’s been ignored several times. This pathway is increasingly busy and in such a poor state that it’s a danger to cyclists and pedestrians. The vegetation makes the narrow path even narrower, and when passing pedestrians on a bike (this is a cycle path, the road is unsuitable to cycle on), you seriously risk skidding and falling into the road into the path of a HGV. Does someone have to die or get seriously injured before the council bothers to actual address this major cycle and walking route from Dida Gardens to Didcot?
