Elms Road Playing Field directional sign broken

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The fixings for the road traffic sign "Elms Road Playing Field" on Yarnton Road, Cassington at the junction with Elms Road, Cassington are broken. It is hanging downwards and is not visible to any traffic coming from either direction. Needs new fixings. This has been the case for at least 2 months.
