Public Footpath blocked for may years.

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

Footpath behind houses blocked following temporary closure associated with building works many years ago.

Please can this be cleared as a matter of urgency due to the length of time it has been obstructed.

Attempted to report this under "Countryside Paths / Public Rights of Way (usually not tarmac)" but htis is not work, so please can this be fixed as well.
