Light bulb defective and not lighting up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Lamp number 47A Reading Road which illuminates the bus stop and the junction is not working during the hours of darkness. Previously reported and updates showed that this issue had been passed on and was 'in progress', two days later it showed 'fixed' which is a lie as it has not been attended to so please repair properly.
