Poor drainage causing icy flood across road.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Recent drainage grips and ditch are not low enough to drain water from road. (But thanks for the resurfacing work!) A water main leak has made a huge puddle across the road, which can't drain until it is several inches deep.
