I have done this twice I was taking my granddaughter to get her school bus I walked across the road didn't see the pothole I tripped I had to go the hospital in Moreton in the Marsh I had Xray which showed no bones broken but they think it ligerment damage which very painful I will ask the hospital for a report if necessary I am thinking about compensation I will look into it the road should not be in this condition my phone number is 07840908807

    As for your claim you will need to contact the Oxfordshire County Council customer service and request to fill in the claim form that will then go to the insurance team to be investigated hope this information helps you
