Tree fallen across lane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
An Oxfordshire bin/rubbish lorry knocked down a tree on Sunday across Colliers Lane. On Monday morning workmen have pushed the tree to one side so they could continue to dig up the lane with their small digger. However there is not sufficient clearance to be able to get a car up and down the lane. I am struggling to get access to my property due to the fallen down tree and road works.
