Dangerous road due to drains failing and ice forming

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Since the drainage in this section of road has failed (a number of years ago I might add), water remains on the road surface. Due to the current cold weather this has turned into ice. This is very dangerous as it’s unexpected since the rest of the road is dry and ice-free. Please fix this before there’s an accident or someone gets hurt
