Dear Sir/Madame, I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Mathew Hirons to discuss the overgrowing Elder and Bramble on the pavement of Wallingford Street near Ormond Road. This vegetation has been unattended for ,ore than 10 years. I have cleaned back a lot of the detritus to the pavement edge stone. I would like the vegetation here cut down to the ground which would smarten it up. I imagine the grass bank from where the wooden seat is located on Ormond Road is, to around the corner including the bramble up to and including the low brick wall is probably a highways project. I have cut back some of the vegetation and swept the area. Residents have been very generous with their compliments. I would like to meet Mr Hirons please . John

Dear Mr Winch, thank you for trying to contact me via FMS. In order to arrange a convenient time for a meeting please can you contact me directly at matthew.hirons@oxfordshire.gov.uk. I have visited site; from my observations I assume that the vegetation at issue is on the west side of the junction of Ormond Road and the roundabout.
