Roadworks not doing anything

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Half the road is shut off causing dreadful queues during peak times. There is no obstruction to the road where it is shut off and I have never seen anyone working there. The settings on the traffic lights only allow a few cars through at a time. Please remove these traffic lights and re-open the LHS of the road heading towards Brackley.
