Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 18:10, Friday 6 January 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Huge pothole hidden by surface water on the left hand side of the road the leads from Soho Farmhouse. The pothole is unavoidable if the passing place is being used due to an uncoming car in the opposite direction.

Burst a 4x4 tyre and bent the metal wheel.

  • Massive pothole on the drive into Soho Farmhouse which burst two tyres on our 4x4 and damaged the metal wheels also - we are having to get both wheels completely refurbished and new tyres also at great cost. We have seen at least 4 cars since stranded or with flat tyres as a result of the same issue. This is not acceptable on such a busy road and any drivers who have been affected should be compensated by the council - a sign should at least be put up to warn drivers given thousands of cars pass through daily.
