I am a parish councillor and the problem has been bought to my attention by the farmer who has access to his gate from Didcot Road. Because large lorries park in the ‘lay-by’ the three potholes are getting larger and deeper. This is impeding his access to his land but there is also a concern about the exposed cabling getting disrupted and causing serious problems to a supply ? Phone or WiFi
