BT manhole cover still not fixed after "7 MONTHS"

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For the last 7 months we have had to put up with a yellow tray covering a BT man hole cover!!!! The last time anyone looked at it, according to the spray paint on the tarmac was 6/7/22. I beleive that would have been Open Reach as the spray reads 6/7/22 ..1466039... OR. Apparently the brick work inside the manhole has collapsed. During the cold snap before chrismas this yellow tray could not be seen and people were slipping and tripping on it. Its becoming a hazzard.
