Damage following utility works

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A yellow plastic cover has been on the pavement outside 2 Chalgrove Road since July after utility works were undertaken. Despite several requests from the resident for its removal, it is still there and they would like it removed/work completed if required asap.
