Stoke row road flooding after heavy rain

The 10+ drainage ditches are not functional as the ditches are blocked and need clearing out. The ditches have not been dug out for 20 years at least. OCC roads maintenance policy for our parish’s roadside drainage ditches appears to be one of neglect and couldn’t care less. Let’s see some action please, get the JCB out!
