Large uneven area on road and drive entrance.

A gentleman visited and agreed that it needed repairing in August 2022 and white sprayed the corners of both areas. This now has been 5 months with no repairs. The areas are getting worse and now it is winter, dark and wet the areas are filling with rain. I have chased this before and nothing is happening. Please can you give us a month when this will happen. Thank you.
