Resurfacing Road raises levels above pavement and causes drainage problems

Over the last 10 years or so you have raised the level of the roads and never improved the pavement or drainage. The paths are flooded after every storm. In 2007 properties were flooded from the Stert and the road and drains should carry water away but instead are displacing water onto properties. Photo is 20 Sellwood. Road needs proper levelling and effective drainage system.
