LTN Bollard stolen again 13/12/22

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Plastic LTN bollard replaced approx 1 week ago was stolen (again) between 1600 and 2000 on 13/12/22. Commercial and private vehicles are again using it as a through route 0800-0830 on a school morning. Please replace (again).
