Traffic lights for roadworks faulty

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Just to let you know the 2 way traffic lights which are in operation for the roadworks at this location are faulty. They are constantly staying on red in one direction causing great backlogs, people turning round and children being late for school. Today cars were allowed to go in both directions causing chaos. Please could they be mended or changed or the developers notified. Many thanks
