Road Hazard. Blocked Drain/Gully Grove Rd, Harwell.

Reported via mobile in the Drainage category anonymously at 18:45, Sun 11 December 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On Grove Rd heading West out of Harwell village, on the right hand side of the the road, on the downward slope. There is a flow of water continuously on the surface for several months despite even after prolonged periods of no rain. It was reported to Thames Water several times. After chasing them up, they have said it is due to a blocked road gully and should be repaired by local Authorities. Now the weather is freezing, so too is the water. This is now a significant hazard to all road users. Particularly pedestrians.
