30mph sign missing

A 30mph sign is completely missing at the start of the 30 mph speed limit zone. This Leeds traffic to exit the roundabout faster than it should, meaning that traffic will be meeting at a higher speed than it should and putting drivers at risk of prosecution for speeding without them even knowing.
