Drains full of silt and not draining water

Reported via desktop in the Drainage category anonymously at 13:38, Thu 8 December 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has been raised a number of times FMS ref no. 2486229/ 2295389/ 2486207 however there is no drainage possible at any of the drains on the B481, as they are completely filled with silt. This has a number of issues: The bottom of the hill is often flooded when it rains which is problematic for road users and pedestrians The adjourning pavement is splashed repeatedly with water and silt which means once dried there is a loose layer of silt which is dangerous to walk on and is a trip hazard. This again has been reported FMS ref no. 2295377 Both elements need to be done at the same time as if you do the highways work and remove the silt, then the rainfall will move the pavement silt back into the drains and you are back to the same position.
