Overgrown vegetation blocking the pavement

This has been an ongoing problem. Some of the HMOs on Calthorpe Road do not abide by the terms of licensing in as much as vegetation continuously causes an issue for pedestrians as do bins left out every day of the week. Numbers 4, 8, 12 and 13 are HMOs on Clathorpe road are serious eye sores.
