Cowl has been removed and new much brighter LED lamp installed, causing light pollution directly into bedroom

Please can you replace the cowl that was fitted to the street lamp directly outside my house, it has been removed. The new LED light is even brighter than the old one and is shining straight into the bedroom. Thank you.

    Still experiencing light pollution from street lamp outside bedroom window. The cowl on the old street light used the wrap around the back and sides, so that the light didn’t shine into window and was only directed to illuminate the street. New light is much brighter and causes more sleep disturbance.
