2 sets of 3 posts have been installed to protect the cycle lane at the junction, the last set needs to be removed or relocated further back. All this is creating is blocking the street up Rose Hill for drivers going straight ahead, all cars turning right onto Church Cowley road are sitting in the centre of the road, there is no way for driver going straight ahead to get around now, these posts now block for all cars behind to be able to drive around to the left as the bollards are in the way.Pos

These wands and orcas were installed following a recommendation of the Quickways Project Board. The right turn lane was changed to a cyclists only lane and the wands/orcas have been installed to give cyclists extra protection from traffic coming from Iffley Road and from vehicles turning left from Church Cowley Road.
The junction is being monitored and has recently been reviewed through the Road Safety Audit Stage 3 process by independent auditors.
