Broken bin, rubbish and dog poo bags tipped over

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This bin has been broken for such a long time, it is always tipped over, with rubbish and dog poo bags across the footpath and on the sides. This bin needs to be replaced with a bigger / more robust bin, and a dog poo bin should be installed.
