Removed barriers

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The concert road barriers of the closed Chilton road have been removed, and cars have started to use it again. I nearly go hit by a speeding car this morning. The road closed signs have disappeared. This need to be sorted urgently, before someone gets killed.
