4 drains seem to be blocked, very bad odour

Over 3 weeks now, bad odour from drains on ferry lane. It is not any of the properties, it is the drains in the road on ferry lane. Thames water has inspected and say its Oxfordshire council job. Please can you follow up and do something.

    This is not a resolved situation. There remains a very bad odour coming form 2/3 drains in Ferry Lane and as you can see, overflowing and not draining correctly. This does not come from any houses in the vicinity, it is the drainage through the roads of the village; the residential elements of the village are on septic tanks. Thames Water have been out to inspect - they state it is not their responsibility. Is it OCC and Highways responsibility to check and ensure sure these drains are functioning correctly? Please ensure that someone comes to check the system as the smell is very bad!
