Hi ,

I am writing to you from the Estates department at Ericsson on behalf of MBNL - (Three (Hutchinson 3G) and EE (Orange and T-Mobile)). We manage the telecom equipment site access on network faults.

Issue Reported- Our Engineer has been reported that “Trees encroaching on to structure.”

Could you please check and investigate the issue and kindly update what time this issue will clear?

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the location and assessed the trees. The trees present are the responsibility of the adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You need to contact the landowner to request any works. If you do not know the landowner, I advise that you access the Land Registry, to find details of the adjacent landowner to progress your enquiry with them.
