Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The tree next to this street lamp is now significantly blocking light from the lamp. A few minutes with a lopper or saw would very greatly improve it. The problem is made more significant by the fact that there are no house lights on that side of the Lane so the road and pavement opposite are specially dark.
