Unlit, rough and variable width cycle path. Hazardous in winter and poor visibility.

Reported via mobile in the Suggested improvements category anonymously at 19:27, Thu 1 December 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The cycle path leaving Abingdon up to the hill before the culham lights is unlit, and because of its narrow sections, it's tricky for cyclists to pass one another. It's especially hazardous in evenings and during rain/fog (any poor visibility conditions).

Please can you pave over this section to make it smoother, wider, and add lighting to help cyclists see one another and the path edges. It's a steep drop to the road!

The condition has been poor for likely at least five years give the quality of the cycle path.
