There are roughly 6 potholes which are quite large and disruptive plus 3 bigger ones mentioned above. These have been there for over 6 months but now they are really treacherous. There are no proper footpaths alongside this road through this part of the village and we are particularly vulnerable to speeding drivers and lorries every day therefore it is really, really dangerous for anyone to visit the Church on foot or even by car. The potholes are really dangerous for those trying to access the Church - and we have an awful lot of elderly and vulnerable who visit the Church daily and weekly to our little cafe and social day and I am really really worried that this will cause an accident soon . The people who visit this Church is their only outlet, some their only outing of the week, and we would be so so grateful if these potholes could be filled as soon as possible. I so appreciate the costs involved and I have looked into getting these filled by locals however honestly and truly we really cannot afford to do this properly and not make the problem worse. We are low income inhabitants in this part of the village (the majority of us are) and we just cannot afford to this ourselves.
