Storm water gulleys backed up on 24th November 22

Adjoining our gravel drive there is a gulley in the grass verge and very close to it one on the road adjacent the kerb. These backed up significantly. Last year the road pavement and gravel drive were flooded. See photos. There is clearly still an issue which needs sorting. Thank you.
