Lamp STILL on during. the day - reporting this for the third time

Despite the two previous times I have reported this, whereby the report comes back saying it is Fixed and then gets closed - it is still clearly faulty. The lamp is on 24 h a day - has been for years - and is wasting electricity. The attached photo was taken on 30th November 2022 around lunchtime i.e. after the second report was closed. The lamp in question is situated at the side of 8 Pickering Row, along the lane that is Chapel Close. Not where the green marker is forcing me to show it, but about two car lengths below it in a southerly direction, to scale. I really hope I don't need to complain about this a fourth time, please?!
