If you've not fixed this, why is it cancelled? Who did that? Give them my ire. You think that makes things look better - fewer open reports? A cyclist died at this location. The street lighting column - your column - is out.

Your call. You want the column number? Find it on your records. Standard column lighting the junction. Not car park lighting. Okay?

If you have no columns opposite this, right hand side of short entry road continuation of this turn off driftway, then the other light is not yours.. it is also not such critically important *highway* lighting.
