Bollards removed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Some one has removed two wooden and one concrete bollard to allow cars to access what was a grassy area that is meant for pedestrains only. Very dangerous as school children use this as a shortcut.the green is situated at the back of no 30 31 33 33a Wellington street
