Flooding from Drains - please resolve
Reported via desktop in the Drainage category anonymously at 15:21, Tue 29 November 2022
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This is the third time now of posting. The drains and road changes you have made are causing flooding at 76, Lime Walk, I have raised this twice ENQ22939044 and ENQ22938859. Both times you have closed them saying the job is complete and I have no idea what the resolution is. Please can you tell me what you are doing.
My understanding is that drains on the road are your responsibility - this is what it says on the Oxford City Council website.
If you close this enquiry with no clear resolution I reserve the right to use this as evidence, along with the other two reports, that I have tried to raise and resolve the matter with you.

Thank you for your report. Apologies about the same generic response to the previous report, I believe there was a mistake and it meant to also add that it was being passed to our drainage team. The Drainage team have been to site an cleared both gullies in the road, and have confirmed they are running fine. Your report will also be forwarded to the Oxfordshire Highways city team for attention.
State changed to: Investigation complete
