Overhanging tree branches blocking lamppost

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Again, vegetation, specifically tree branches, are blocking the light from the lamp on the path between the northern end of Kennet Road and Lindsay Drive. This has been reported many times before and nothing done about it. I assume it is the responsibility of the tenants of 1-15 Lindsay Drive on whose land/car park/garden the offending tree is sited. I will not sit on this, but contact the local county councillor to chase.
