The post that prevents parking on the footway (and provides a sight-line for drivers leaving the premises) is frequently removed by locals to allow them parking space.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
By parking so close the entrance it prevents drivers having a clear view of approaching cars and is dangerous. This is an on-going issue as locals simple lift the bollard out of the hole (see picture) and replace it when it is convenient for them. People leaving the Registration office may well have just registered a death and not be fully alert.
